What's included.
Your fields, your data
Create custom fields for the details your sale depends on: contract number, monthly payment, term length, equipment model, VIN, installer name, cancellation window. Values are filled from your system when the verification is sent, so the customer confirms their own deal, not a generic summary.
- Text, number, currency, date, yes/no, multiple choice and acknowledgement fields
- Pre-filled values pulled from your API call or entered by staff
- Read-only fields for terms the customer must see but cannot edit
- Required and optional questions, set per questionnaire
Questions that can fail a verification
Mark any question as a pass/fail checkpoint. If a customer says they did not receive a copy of the contract, or that the payment quoted to them was different, the verification fails immediately and your team is told why.

- Write the message the customer sees when an answer fails
- Trigger email or SMS alerts to the right people
- Failed verifications are flagged in the portal for follow-up
