Does the customer need to download anything?
No. The link opens a secure, mobile-friendly page in their browser. They answer the questions, sign if required, and they are done.
What if the customer doesn't respond?
Your team can see every outstanding verification in the portal and resend it with one click. Links stop working after the expiry date you set, so stale verifications can't be completed weeks later.
Can we use our own phone number?
Each client is issued a dedicated number registered for their business. This keeps verification traffic separate from your sales lines and gives customers a consistent number to recognize.
